BLM E-Turn CNC tube bending machines creates beautifully well crafted curves. The precision used eliminates crushing and folding. The harmony between CAD and machine coupled with our experienced operators makes for perfect bends.
Specialising in both left and right bends with variable radius we can offer full production on most material profiles up to a diameter of 32mm.
Aesthetically flawless, geometrically perfect, and repeatable.
The parts bent with the E-TURN are small masterpieces in terms of appearance and are perfect for design objects.

LASER CUTTING
Major investments in laser cutting has partnered us with Amada who have supplied state of the art flat sheet cutting and Press breaking technology.
Laser cutting ensures the finest detail in accuracy. Our machines cut quickly and efficiently to technical details produced on CAD.
Within the same department we have state of the art press breaks machines that enable the production of intricate bent steel.

With capacity to cut up to – –mm steel we have facilities to meet most demanding requirements. Couple the cutting with the Amada press breaks and we can form your steel to create the shapes and structures of the most demanding of designs.
Comprehensive tooling ensures we can fold and bend to all kinds of radius or angles as well as introducing multiple bends to a single piece of metal.

Our paint line offers pre treatment prior to the application of powder. With the adaptable line speeds and oven temperatures we are able to meet the required process for most powdered paints.
The line is set up for daily use and enables the lean manufacturing process is met on the largest of orders whilst being adaptable enough to accommodate shorter run product ranges.
